摘 要:针对实际工况中轮对踏面径向形变挤压机车制动缸活塞及闸瓦产生的时变扰动,设计Super-twisting观测器对其实际值进行估计并对估计误差自适应模糊逼近以削弱时变扰动。构造基于微分控制律的自适应鲁棒控制器,将其应用于制动缸闸瓦位置控制系统。理论分析及仿真结果表明,系统闭环各状态变量输出有界,滑模面导数收敛于0而滑模面常值收敛。In view of the time-varying disturbance caused by the radial deformation of wheelset tread extruding the piston and brake shoe of locomotive brake cylinder in actual working conditions,a super twisting observer is designed to estimate the actual value,and the estimation error is adaptively fuzzy approximated to weaken the time-varying disturbance.An adaptive robust controller based on differential control law is constructed and applied to the brake shoe position control system of brake cylinder.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the output of each state variable in the closed-loop system is bounded,the derivative of the sliding surface converges to 0 and the constant value of the sliding surface converges.
