摘 要:单稳态永磁操动机构涉及电磁学、力学、电器学、电力电子、微控制器等多学科交叉的知识点,概念难于理解,实物实验很难涵盖全部知识点,尤其是电磁学与力学的知识点难以在实物实验中体现。为此开设了以IGBT为主电路、以STM32单片机为控制系统的实物实验,便于研究真空断路器的分合闸动作特性;利用大型仿真软件ANSYSMaxwell开发了永磁断路器操动机构仿真实验,实现了断路器有关电磁学、力学较为抽象知识点的学习目标。教学实践证明实物实验与虚拟实验能够互相补充,提高了学生的学习效率,对毕业生能力提升起到积极作用。Monostable permanent magnet actuator involves the knowledge points of electromagnetics, mechanics, electrical appliances, power electronics, microcontroller and so on. The concepts are difficult to understand and the physical experiments are difficult to cover all the knowledge points. Especially, the knowledge of electromagnetism and mechanics is difficult to embody in the physical experiment. Therefore, the physical experiment with IGBT as the main circuit and STM32 single chip microcomputer as the control system is set up, which is convenient to study the opening and closing action characteristics of the vacuum circuit breaker. The simulation experiment of operating mechanism of the permanent magnet circuit breaker is developed by using large-scale simulation software ANSYS Maxwell, which realizes the learning objective of abstract knowledge points about electromagnetics and mechanics of the circuit breaker. Teaching practice has proved that real experiment and virtual experiment can complement each other, improve the learning efficiency of students, and play a positive role in improving the graduates’ ability.
