摘　　要：仪器共享是推进地方高校科研工作的重要举措。针对地方高校科研仪器共享存在的缺乏凝聚合力、人员配备、激励机制等问题,结合仪器共享的软硬件支撑条件,提出从健全组织机构、建立管理平台、完善人员配置、加强经费调控、开展效率评价、完善激励机制等六个方位,建立仪器共享"六位一体"机制,提升科研仪器共享水平,创造优良的科研条件。Instrument sharing is an important measure to promote scientific research in local universities. In view of the lack of cohesive force, staffing, incentive mechanism and other problems existing in the sharing of scientific research instruments in local universities, and combined with the software and hardware support conditions of instrument sharing, this paper proposes to establish the "six-in-one" mechanism of instrument sharing from six aspects such as improving the organization, establishing the management platform, improving the staffing, strengthening the fund control, carrying out the efficiency evaluation, and improving the incentive mechanism, and puts forward some suggestions to raise the level of scientific research instruments sharing and create excellent scientific research conditions.
