偏执型精神分裂症患者自我效能感水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析偏执型精神分裂症患者自我效能感水平及其可能的影响因素。方法选取本院2019年1月~2020年5月期间收治75例偏执型精神分裂症患者为主要研究对象。采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评估患者自我效能感水平;调查患者的年龄、性别、生活自理情况、病耻感等资料并作为自变量,采用Logistic多元回归模型分析影响偏执型精神分裂症患者自我效能感水平低下的影响因素。结果75例偏执型精神分裂症患者自我效能感水平低下的发生率为36.00%。Logistic多元回归分析结果显示生活不能自理、病耻感较强可能是偏执型精神分裂症患者自我效能感水平低下的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论偏执型精神分裂症患者自我效能感水平低下情况不容乐观,生活不能自理、病耻感较强是可能的独立影响因素。Objective To observe the self-efficacy level and the influencing factors of the self-efficacy in patients with paranoid schizophrenia.Methods A total of 75 patients with paranoid schizophrenia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected.The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)was used to assess the level of self-efficacy.The age,gender,self-care status,stigma and other data of the patients were investigated and used as independent variables to analyze the factors affecting the low level of self-efficacy of paranoid schizophrenia patients by Logistic multiple regression model.Results The incidence of low level of self-efficacy was 36.00%in 75 patients with paranoid schizophrenia.The results of Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that the inability to take care of themselves,strong sense of stigma may be the influencing factors for the low level of self-efficacy in paranoid schizophrenia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The low level of self-efficacy in paranoid schizophrenia patients is not optimistic.The inability to take care of themselves,strong sense of stigma are possible independent influencing factors.
