路优泰治疗卒中后抑郁的效果

摘　　要：目的分析路优泰治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床效果。方法选定本院2018年12月至2020年8月住院治疗的98例PSD患者,以单盲随机抽样法分组(每组病例数各49例),参照组采纳常规脑血管病治疗,实验组在参照组基础上加用路优泰治疗,对比两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、神经细胞因子水平、单胺类递质代谢、不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于参照组,实验组治疗后血清BDNF、NGF、NE、5-HT水平均高于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率(8.16%)与参照组(6.12%)比较,P>0.05。结论路优泰可有效减轻PSD患者焦虑、抑郁程度,调节神经细胞功能、单胺类递质代谢,且不良反应较少。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of luyoutai in the treatment of PSD.Methods 98 cases of PSD patients in our hospital from December 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by single blind random sampling method(49 cases in each group).The control group was treated with conventional cerebrovascular disease,and the experimental group was treated with luyoutai on the basis of the reference group.The HAMA score,HAMD score,neurocytokine level,monoamine neurotransmitter metabolism and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups Rate.Results After treatment,HAMA score and HAMD score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the serum levels of BDNF,NGF,NE and 5-HT in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(8.16%)was higher than that in the control group(6.12%),P>0.05.Conclusion Luyoutai can effectively reduce the degree of anxiety and depression in PSD patients,regulate the function of nerve cells and monoamine neurotransmitter metabolism,with less adverse reactions.
