扩血管药物联合抗抑郁药物对伴抑郁的冠心病患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用扩血管药物(硝酸酯)+抗抑郁药物(盐酸氟西汀胶囊)治疗冠心病合并抑郁症患者的疗效。方法将本院从2019年06月到2020年06月纳入的900例伴有抑郁症的冠心病患者作为观察对象。根据双盲随机对照原则,将之划分成两组,其中一组设为常规组(单纯应用扩血管药物),另一组设为研究组(扩血管药物+抗抑郁药物)。每个组分别450例。结果研究组TNF-α、CRP、IL-8水平低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组SAQ西雅图心绞痛量表各维度评分以及总分均高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组SDS抑郁评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组心血管不良事件少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论扩血管药物联合抗抑郁药物治疗伴有抑郁症的冠心病患者,可更好的减低其炎症水平,缓解抑郁症状,提高生存质量,且心血管不良事件少,具有好的安全性。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of vasodilator(nitrate)+antidepressant(fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule)in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with depression.Methods 900 cases of coronary heart disease patients with depression in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation objects.According to the principle of double-blind randomized control,they were divided into two groups,one group was set as the conventional group(only using vasodilators),the other group was set as the study group(vasodilators+antidepressants).Each group had 450 cases.Results The levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-8 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension and total score of SAQ Seattle Angina scale in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The SDS depression score in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The adverse cardiovascular events in the study group were less than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The vasodilator combined with antidepressants can better reduce the level of inflammation,relieve the symptoms of depression,promote the improvement of their quality,and have fewer adverse cardiovascular events in coronary heart disease patients with depression.
