摘　　要：目的探讨氟伏沙明联合普拉克索对帕金森性患者非运动症状的影响。方法纳入2017年8月~2019年8月期间我院接诊的106例伴抑郁的帕金森病患者作为本次观察对象,掷币法将其分为2组,对照组53例患者接受普拉克索治疗,观察组53例患者加用马来酸氟伏沙明治疗,两组均持续治疗3个月,比较两组患者认知功能评分、焦虑抑郁情绪评分、帕金森病综合评分及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组MOCA评分均明显高于对照组,HAMA评分及HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组UPDRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论氟伏沙明联合普拉克索能够有效改善帕金森患者日常活动及运动功能,改善认知功能损害、焦虑、抑郁情绪等非运动症状,安全性好。Objective To investigate the effect of fluvoxamine combined with pramipexole on non-motor symptoms in Parkinson’s patients with depression.Methods A total of 106 Parkinson’s patients with depression who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were included and divided into two groups by the coin toss method.53 patients in the control group received pramipexole,while 53 patients in the observation group were treated with fluvoxamine combined with pramipexole.The duration of treatment is 3 months.The cognitive function score,anxiety and depression mood score,Parkinson’s disease comprehensive score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the MOCA score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the HAMA score and HAMD score were lower than the control group(P<0.05),the UPDRS score of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fluvoxamine combined with pramipexole can effectively improve the mental daily activities and motor function in Parkinson’s patients with dpression,relieve their cognitive dysfunction,anxiety,depression and other non-motor symptoms with high safety.
