摘　　要：目的研究分析综合护理干预在老年帕金森合并抑郁患者中的临床效果。方法选取本院2019年05月~2020年05月期间接收的老年帕金森合并抑郁患者146例为主要研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各73例。对照组73例患者给予常规护理干预,研究组73例患者给予综合护理干预。观察对比干预前后两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表(MoCA),生活质量综合评定问卷—74(GQOL-74)评分及干预后护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组患者HAMD评分低于对照组,MoCA评分和GQOL-74各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度(97.26%)明显高于对照组(83.56%)(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效减轻老年帕金森合并抑郁患者的抑郁情绪,改善其认知功能,提高生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated with depression.Methods A total of 146 elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated with depression received in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group(73 cases)were given routine nursing intervention and the study group(73 cases)were given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results After intervention,HAMD score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,MoCA scores and GQOL-74 scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group(97.26%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.56%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the depression in the elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated with depression,improve their cognitive function,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
