摘  要:随着人类进入大数据时代,创新和复合型人才的需求日益增加,并对各类学科尤其是医学产生了极大的影响。作为人才的主力资源库,同时也是医学科研活动主体人群的医学研究生,其培养、教育和科研活动也面临新的挑战。生物信息学是一门适应大数据需求,并结合生命科学、计算机科学等多学科的前沿交叉学科,具有海量、多元化数据获取和分析的优势,极大地冲击了传统医学科研活动模式,在医学研究生常规科研活动以及科研创新中的作用越来越至关重要。文章总结了生物信息学的现状和特点,探讨其在医学研究生科研活动中的应用、重要性和培养途径。With the coming of big data age,the demand for innovative and compound professionals is increasing and a great impact on all kinds of disciplines,especially medical science is arising day by day,which then brings new challenges for the cultivation,education and research activities of medical postgraduates those are main resources of professionals and major groups of medical scientific research activities.Bioinformatics,as one of the frontiers and interdisciplinary subjects combining life science and computer science,is characterized by massive data acquisition and analysis,which meets the needs of big data,impacts the traditional modes of medical scientific researches and plays an increasingly vital role in the routine scientific research activities and scientific research innovation of medical postgraduates.This paper summarizes the present situation and characteristics of bioinformatics,and discusses its application,importance and training ways in the scientific research activities of medical postgraduates.
