摘  要:建立经固相萃取净化,以气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定萝卜中毒死蜱、联苯菊酯残留量的检测方法。样品经乙腈提取液提取,过Carb/NH2固相萃取柱净化。采用GC-MS对毒死蜱、联苯菊酯残留量进行定性和定量测定。结果表明,毒死蜱、联苯菊酯50-1 000μg·L^(-1)线性范围内,毒死蜱相关系数(r2)为0.999,联苯菊酯相关系数(r2)为0.998,定量限均为0.01 mg·kg^(-1),当添加浓度为0.01-0.1 mg·kg^(-1),毒死蜱回收率为95.2%,联苯菊酯回收率为100.5%,测量结果毒死蜱RSD(n=6)为9.1%,联苯菊酯RSD(n=6)为9.6%。Established a solid-phase extraction purification method to determine the residues of chlorpyrifos and bifenthrin in radish by GC-MS. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile extract and purified by Carb/NH2 solid phase extraction column. Qualitative and quantitative determination of chlorpyrifos and bifenthrin residues were carried out by GC-MS. The results showed that within the linear range of 50~1000 μg·L^(-1) for chlorpyrifos and bifenthrin, the correlation coefficient(r2) of chlorpyrifos was 0.999, the correlation coefficient(r2) of bifenthrin was 0.998, and the limit of quantification was 0.01 mg·kg^(-1), when the concentration is 0.01~0.1 mg·kg^(-1), the recovery rate of chlorpyrifos is 95.2%, the recovery rate of bifenthrin is 100.5%, and the measurement result of chlorpyrifos RSD(n=6) was 9.1%, bifenthrin the ester RSD(n=6) was 9.6%.
