摘　　要：[目的]深入了解茶叶加工中茶尘特性、危害及除尘措施。[方法]通过文献检索并结合生产实际进行分析与总结。[结果]阐述了茶尘产生的主要来源、特性和危害;分析当前除尘措施的现状及存在的问题,并提出改进思路。[结论]加强人员和生产管理,并合理改进与应用除尘设备,能够有效提高茶尘控制效果,保障茶叶清洁化生产。[Purpose]To further understand the characteristics,hazards,and control measures of tea dust during tea processing.[Method]A summary analysis was conducted through the combination of literature retrieval and production practice.[Result]This paper describes the main sources,characteristics,and hazards of tea dust generation,summarizes the previous research progress of tea dust control,analyzes the current situation and problems of dust control,and puts forward the ideas of improving tea dust control.[Conclusion]Strengthened personnel and production management,and reasonable improvement and application of dust removal equipment can improve the efficacy of tea dust control and ensure cleanness during tea processing and production.
