产前诊断免疫检验项目质量控制分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨质量控制措施对产前诊断免疫检验项目的干预效果。方法:2017年5月-2020年6月收治分娩孕妇60例,随机分为两组,各30例。试验组采用质量控制措施完成产前诊断免疫检验项目干预;对照组采用常规干预方式完成免疫检验工作。比较两组甲胎蛋白、C-肽、Ca 125、肿瘤标志物以及癌胚抗原水平。结果:试验组甲胎蛋白、Ca 125、肿瘤标志物及癌胚抗原水平均低于对照组比较,C-肽水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:质量控制措施的有效开展,可确保分娩孕妇产前诊断免疫检验项目开展价值获得显著提升,对于免疫检验结果可靠性以及准确性可以做出充分保证,并且管理期间不但需要将标本采集管理力度加强,而且针对阶段分析工作需要积极展开管理,就检验系列影响因素展开有效控制,针对甲胎蛋白、C-肽、Ca 125、肿瘤标志物以及癌胚抗原等系列指标表现加以充分明确,最终对分娩孕妇身体状态进行充分了解。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of quality control measures on prenatal diagnosis and immunological experimentaling items.Methods:From May 2017 to June 2020,60 pregnant women who gave birth were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group used quality control measures to complete the prenatal diagnosis and immune experimental project intervention.The control group used conventional methods to complete the immune experimental work.The levels of alpha-fetoprotein,C-peptide,Ca 125,tumor markers and carcinoembryonic antigen were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of alpha-fetoprotein,Ca 125,tumor markers and carcinoembryonic antigen in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of C-peptide was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective implementation of quality control measures can ensure that the value of prenatal diagnosis and immunoassay for pregnant women during delivery can be significantly improved,and the reliability and accuracy of immunoassay results can be fully guaranteed.During the period of management,we not only need to strengthen the management of specimen collection,but also actively carry out management according to the stage analysis work,effectively control a series of influencing factors,and fully clarify the performance of a series of indicators such as alpha-fetoprotein,C-peptide,Ca 125,tumor markers and carcinoembryonic antigen,so as to fully understand the physical status of pregnant women in childbirth.
