摘　　要：目的:分析急性脑梗死患者血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的检验结果。方法:2019年1月-2020年6月收治脑梗死患者80例,作为试验组,并根据脑梗死面积大小分为大面积组45例及小面积组35例;另选取同期健康体检人员40名,作为对照组。所有受试者均行血浆Lp-PLA2和hs-CRP检验。比较三组检验结果。结果:试验组Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大面积组Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP水平均高于小面积组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度急性脑梗死患者Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP水平明显高于中度及轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度急性脑梗死患者Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP水平高于轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血浆LP-PLA2和hs-CRP是诊断、评估急性脑梗死的敏感指标。Objective:To analyze the test results of serum lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,80 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the experimental group.According to the size of the cerebral infarction,they were divided into the large area group of 45 cases and the small area group of 35 cases.In addition,40 healthy physical examination personnel were selected during the same period as the control group.All subjects underwent plasma lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)tests.We compared the test results of the three groups.Results:The levels of Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP levels in the large area group were higher than those in the small area group,the difference was statistically significant significance(P<0.05).The Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP levels in patients with severe acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in moderate and mild patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Lp-PLA2 and hs-CRP in patients with moderate acute cerebral infarction are higher than those in mild patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein are sensitive indicators for the diagnosis and evaluation of acute cerebral infarction.
