论我国“新文科”建设之中国特色

摘　　要：我国"新文科"建设不仅追求创新,具有跨学科性、现实性与技术性等世界"新文科"所具有的普遍性特征,更具有中国特色。一是政策制定上的顶层设计。我国"新文科"概念是一种"自上而下型"的国家主张,其建设也是"政府主导型"的国家工程,重视总体规划和系统配套。二是政策内容上的弘扬传统。我国"新文科"建设并非全盘否定传统文科,反而特别强调对中国传统优秀文化的执着坚守和传承。三是政策走向上的全球视野。我国"新文科"建设强调全球视野,要求角逐世界舞台,构建人类命运共同体。这些特征通过国家政策的引导、学术机构之间的合作竞争以及学术人员积极响应而落在实处。In addition to the shared characteristics of innovation,interdisciplinarity,reality-and technologybased,New Liberal Arts in China distinguishes itself with Chinese characteristics in three aspects.First,it is a top-level design in terms of policy-making practice.By following a"top-down"approach,it is a governmentconducted project which attaches importance to the overall planning and system supporting.Second,it promotes the continuation of Chinese excellent cultural tradition in terms of content.Rather than a straight forward denial of the traditional liberal arts,it emphasizes the dedicated preservation and inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Third,New Liberal Arts in China adopts a global vision,which highlights the contribution of a"China plan"to the world towards the building of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind.These characteristics of New Liberal Arts in China have been implemented with the guiding national policies,cooperation and competition among academic institutions,and positive responses made by academic practitioners.
