伶仃洋大桥东锚碇基础围堰筑岛方案研究和实施

摘　　要：深中通道地处粤港澳大湾区核心位置,跨越珠江口伶仃洋水域,连接深圳、广州和中山市,是一座集“隧、岛、桥、水下枢纽互通”于一体的世界级跨海交通基础设施工程。其中桥梁工程规模宏大、建设条件复杂、技术难度高,特别是主跨为1666m的伶仃洋大桥是海中全离岸超大跨径悬索桥,海中锚碇的建设国内外鲜有成熟案例可供参考,建设难度很大。该桥锚碇所在区域水深较大,海床面以下存在深层软基,同时大桥处在强台风频发区,为保证锚碇在实施阶段的安全、工期和造价可控,在设计阶段对锚碇基础进行了多方案比选,最终决定采用锁扣钢管桩围堰筑岛作为锚碇基础施工依托面的方案。在实施阶段施工单位联合水工专业单位开展联合设计,继续深化锚碇基础围堰筑岛的建造方案,形成了科学合理的实施方案,确保了工程的顺利实施。Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge is at the core of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area,crosses the Lingdingyang waters of the Pearl River Estuary,connects Shenzhen,Guangzhou and Zhongshan.It is a world-class cross sea transportation infrastructure project of“tunnel,island,bridge and underwater interchange”.The bridge project is large in scale,complex in construction conditions and very hard in technical.The Lingdingyang Bridge with a main span of 1666 m is especially an offshore suspension bridge with super large span.There are few matured cases at home and abroad for reference for the construction of the anchorage in the sea.The construction is quite difficult.The area where the anchorage located is deeper and is deep soft foundation below seabed.The bridge is in the area where strong typhoons occur frequently.For controlling the safety risk,construction period and cost of the anchorage in construction stage,that the lock steel pipe pile cofferdam is finally decided to be the anchor foundation construction plan after having been compared in many schemes during the design period.The constructors and the hydraulic designer co-design detailing the construction scheme of the anchorage foundation cofferdam to build the island.A scientific and reasonable construction scheme is formed and the smooth implementation of the project is ensured.
