摘  要:为区分大脑的情绪状态以及研究在不同情绪状态下的大脑半球不对称性,征选20名健康视听无障碍的受试作为实验对象,联合虚拟现实(VR)技术和脑电(EEG)监测,在不同的VR影片刺激下,采集受试脑电信号,提取各频段的平均功率谱密度,并计算大脑半球不对称性的参考指数,对比在不同情绪状态下各频段与各脑区下的参考指数。结果显示,相较于中性情绪,积极情绪与消极情绪在额区的半球不对称性指数均偏小,但在alpha频段,额区出现积极(0.130±0.227)、中性(0.058±0.240)、消极(0.006±0.130)依次递减的指数趋势,表明积极情绪下左侧额区更加活跃,且积极情绪与消极情绪两组间有具显著差异(P<0.05);而在其他频段中,额区的半球不对称性指数较为平均。此结果可为不同情绪的区分提供新思路,也为脑功能疾病以及心理疾病的判断和治疗提供新方法。In order to distinguish the emotional state of the brain and study the hemispheric asymmetry in different emotional states,20 healthy audiovisual barrier-free subjects with an average age of 23. 9 years were selected as experimental subjects,virtual reality technology and EEG technology were combined to collect EEG signals of subjects under different VR film stimulation,and then the average power spectral density of each frequency band was extracted for uses in the calculation of the index of cerebral hemisphere asymmetry on each frequency band and each brain region. Results show that the asymmetry index of positive emotion and negative emotion in frontal region hemisphere were smaller than that of neutral emotion,whereas in alpha band,the trend of asymmetry index on positive (0. 130±0. 227),neutral (0. 058±0. 240) and negative (0. 006±0. 130)decreased in sequence,indicating that the left frontal region was more active under positive emotion,and there was significant difference between positive emotion and negative emotion group (P < 0. 05). While in other bands,the asymmetry index of frontal hemisphere had less difference between the three states. These results provided a new way to distinguish different emotions,and also provided a new method for the judgment and treatment of brain function diseases and psychological diseases.
