摘 要:逆向工程技术作为目前发展较快的专业应用领域,在模具设计与制造、汽车钣金等领域得到了更多的研究与应用。逆向工程作为吸收先进技术的一种手段,使产品研制周期缩短40%以上。本文以家用汽车洗水枪为例,为了更好地满足用户的需求,利用逆向工程技术对洗车水枪的外观进行重构,从点云的获取过程、点云的处理过程,以及逆向建模过程及打印过程进行详细的探究。Reverse engineering technology as the rapid development of the professional field,in the mold design and manufacturing,automotive sheet metal and other fields has been more research and application.Reverse engineering,as a means of absorbing advanced technology,shortens the development cycle of products by more than 40%.In this paper,household washing gun as an example,in order to better meet the needs of users,using reverse engineering technology to reconstruct the appearance of washing water,including processing process,point cloud acquisition point cloud,and the reverse modeling process and printing process are explored.
