摘　　要：本文主要从新工科背景下应用型本科院校人才培养质量评价研究出发,并结合当下本科院校新工科背景下人才培养模式进行阐述说明。在新时代发展的背景下,社会对人才的需求也逐渐提升,并且也越来越重视对应用型人才的培养,在“新工科”的背景下,应当在教育模式上进行不断的更新。为了在教育教学中更加创新,相关的政府部门也应当加强对内容的重视程度,不断增加教师师资力量,从而构建完善的课程体系,创建沟通交流平台,这样才可以培养出符合社会发展需要的应用型人才。This paper mainly starts from the research on the quality evaluation of talent training in applied undergraduate colleges under the background of new engineering,and expounds the training mode of talents in the context of new engineering in the current undergraduate colleges.In the background of the new era,the demand for talents is also gradually improved,and more and more attention is paid to the training of applied talents.In the context of"new engineering",we should constantly update the education mode.In order to be more innovative in education and teaching,relevant government departments should also strengthen the importance of content,increase teachers'faculty strength,and build a perfect curriculum system and establish communication and exchange platform,so as to cultivate the applied talents in line with the needs of social development.
