摘　　要：掘进机是矿井巷道成型设备之一,液压系统作为掘进机的重要动力来源,承担了较重的工作任务,因此,在分析EBZ160型掘进机的工作原理和结构的基础上,结合维护和故障处理经验,对掘进机液压系统的机械性故障和其他一般性缺陷进行了总结,并给出了对应的解决措施,为提高掘进机可靠性和安全性提供参考。A roadheader is one of mine roadway forming equipment.Hydraulic system,as an important power source of roadheader,undertakes heavy work tasks.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the working principle and structure of EBZ160 roadheader,combined with practical maintenance and fault handling experience,this paper summarizes the mechanical faults and other general defects of roadheader hydraulic system,and gives corresponding solutions,which is of practical significance to improve the reliability and safety of roadheader.
