双元创新视角下资源拼凑对新创企业成长的影响研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查的形式得到134份有效问卷,探索资源拼凑对新创企业成长的影响。研究发现,资源拼凑对新创企业成长正向影响;资源拼凑对双元创新正向影响;双元创新对新创企业成长正向影响;双元创新在资源拼凑与新创企业成长关系中起到中介作用;环境动态性在资源拼凑与新创企业成长关系中起正向调节作用;环境动态性在资源拼凑与双元创新关系中起正向调节作用。The patchwork of resources is a key factor in the growth of new ventures.In this paper,134 valid questionnaires have been obtained through questionnaire surveys to explore the impact of resource patchwork on the growth of new ventures.The study found that:resource patchwork has a positive impact on the growth of new ventures;resource patchwork has a positive impact on dual innovation;dual innovation has a positive impact on the growth of new ventures;dual innovation starts in the relationship between resource patchwork and the growth of new ventures To the intermediary role;environmental dynamics play a positive regulatory role in the relationship between resource patching and the growth of new ventures;environmental dynamics play a positive regulatory role in the relationship between resource patching and dual innovation.
