摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC波长切换技术同时测定复方当归注射液中羟基红花黄色素A、绿原酸、阿魏酸和咖啡酸含量的方法。方法:以Symmetry Shield RP18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,流速为0.8 mL/min,检测波长分别为327 nm(016.0 min,绿原酸),323 nm(16.022.5 min,咖啡酸),403 nm(22.530.0 min,羟基红花黄色素A),316 nm(30.050.0 min,阿魏酸);柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果:羟基红花黄色素A、绿原酸、阿魏酸和咖啡酸线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为104.12%、99.44%、98.34%、102.70%,RSD分别为0.21%、0.39%、0.11%、0.49%。结论:该方法简单、准确、重现性好,适用于复方当归注射液的质量评价。Objective:To establish a HPLC wavelength switching method for simultaneous determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A,chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and caffeic acid in Fufang Danggui Injection.Methods:The determination was performed on Symmetry Shield RP18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution at the flow rate of 0.8 m L/min.The detection wavelength were set at 327 nm(0-16.0 min,chlorogenic acid),323 nm(16.0-22.5 min,caffeic acid),403 nm(22.5-30.0 min,hydroxysafflower yellow A)and 316 nm(30.0-50.0 min,ferulic acid).The column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 10μL.Results:The linear relationship of hydroxysafflor yellow A,chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and caffeic acid was good;The average recoveries were 104.12%,99.44%,98.34%,102.70%,and RSD were 0.21%,0.39%,0.11%,0.49%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it is suitable for the quality evaluation of Fufang Danggui Injection.
