摘 要:研究了速度闭环控制、常规PID控制和最优PID控制对下行带式输送机制动速度的影响,利用MATLAB对三种控制方法进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,最优PID控制非常适用于盘式制动系统。为了验证仿真结果,研制了一种多功能盘式制动系统制动试验台,实验结果表明,最优PID控制可以使输出速度与预设速度保持一致,且波动较小,满足了带式输送机柔性制动的要求。Through the analysis of three commonly used braking speed curves,it is concluded that the best braking effect is Harrison curve.The influence of speed closed-loop control,conventional PID control and optimal PID control on braking speed of downward belt conveyor is studied.Three control methods are simulated by MATLAB.The simulation results show that the optimal PID control is very suitable for the disc brake system.In order to verify the simulation results,this paper develops a multi-functional disc brake system braking test-bed,the experimental results show that the optimal PID control can make the output speed consistent with the preset speed,and the fluctuation is small,which is to meet the requirements of flexible braking of belt conveyor.
