参苓白术丸治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察参苓白术丸联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年4月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者116例,根据治疗方法分为两组,每组58例。单药组给予美沙拉嗪治疗,联合组给予参苓白术丸联合美沙拉嗪治疗。记录两组治疗前后细胞因子水平及症状积分变化,并统计两组临床治疗总有效率、不良反应率。结果治疗后,联合组总有效率(91.38%,53/58)高于单药组(77.59%,45/58),不良反应率(12.07%,7/58)与单药组(15.52%,9/58)比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便积分及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、组织缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血沉(ESR)水平较治疗前下降,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平较治疗前上升,联合组腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便积分及IL-17、IL-23、CRP、HIF-1α、ESR水平低于单药组,IL-4水平高于单药组(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术丸联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎可减轻炎症反应,提高疗效,且不增加不良反应。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenling Baizhu Pill(参苓白术丸)combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 116 patients with ulcerative colitis from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method,58 cases in each group.The treated group was treated with mesalazine,and the combined group was given the combination of Shenling Baizhu Pill andmesalazine.The levels of cytokines before and after treatment and the integral change of symptoms were recorded in two groupsand the total effective rate and the rate of adverse reactions were measured in two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate(91.38%,53/58) in the combined group was higher than that in the single drug group(77.59%,45/58),and the adverse reaction rate(12.07%,7/58) was not statistically significant compared with that of the single drug group(15.52%,9/58)(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus purulent stool,interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-23(IL-23),C-reactive protein(CRP),tissue hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HI-1α)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) were lower than those before treatment.The scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus purulent stool and the levels of IL-17,IL-23,CRP,HIF-1α and ESR in the combined group were lower than those in the single drug group,and the IL-4 level in the combined group was higher than that in the single drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of ulcerative colitis with Shenling Baizhu Pill combined with mesalaxine can reduce inflammatory reaction and improve curative effect without increasing adverse reactions.
