摘　　要：目的应用改良洼田饮水试验(MWST)评价眼针带针康复疗法改善中风后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法临床收集60例符合纳排标准的中风后吞咽障碍患者,随机分为眼针带针康复组及单纯康复组,每组30例,在患者治疗前后,应用MWST和吞咽困难亚量表评价两组患者吞咽功能的变化并进行统计学比较。结果眼针带针康复组治愈5例,有效20例,无效5例,有效率为83.3%(25/30),单纯康复组治愈1例,有效17例,无效12例,有效率为60.0%(18/30)。两组患者治疗后MWST和吞咽困难亚量表较治疗前均有显著提高,眼针带针康复组患者提高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼针带针康复疗法对中风病患者吞咽功能障碍的治疗效果显著,为中西医结合治疗中风后吞咽障碍提供新思路。Objective To observe the effect of eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on dysphagia after stroke by using modified water swallow test evaluation(MWST).Methods Totally 60 patients with dysphagia after stroke were collected and randomly divided into eye acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy group and simple rehabilitation group,30 patients in each group.The patients were evaluated before and after treatment,and the improved depression drinking water test and subscale of swallowing difficulty were used to evaluate the changes of swallowing function of the two groups and make statistical comparison.Results In the eye acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy group,5 cases were cured,20 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.33%(25/30).In the simple rehabilitation therapy group,1 case was cured,17 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 60.0%(18/30).Compared with the control group,the degree of spasm relief was more significant in the treatment group.The MWST and subscale of dysphagia in depression were significantly higher than those before treatment.The curative effect of eye acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy group improved more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy has a significant effect on dysphagia in stroke patients.It provides a new idea for the treatment of dysphagia after stroke by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.
