中渚穴古代文献应用分析

摘　　要：目的整理古代文献关于中渚穴的论述,总结中渚穴的应用规律。方法以《中华医典》(第5版)收录的1156部古籍为检索源,对中渚穴主治病证、腧穴配伍、刺灸法等文献进行整理,建立数据库。结果总结出中渚穴临床应用涉及古籍41部,文献条文211条,中渚穴配伍的使用频次为153次,与中渚配伍的腧穴136个,主要归于大肠经、三焦经、小肠经、膀胱经。结论中渚单穴主治优势病证7种,配伍主治优势病证12种,中渚优势配穴14个,分别为液门、合谷、曲池、阳溪、腕骨、尺泽、阳谷、百会、手三里、支沟、昆仑、前谷、关冲、外关。常用的针刺深度为针入2分,常用的灸量为灸3壮。Objective To collate the ancient Chinese literature about Zhongzhu(SJ3) and summarize the application rules.Methods Based on 1156 ancient books included in the Chinese Medical Code(Fifth Edition) as the retrieval source,the literature about the treatment of disease syndromes,compatibility of acupoints,and acupuncture and moxibustion at Zhongzhu(SJ3) were compiled,and a database was established.Results It was concluded that the clinical application of Zhongzhu(SJ3) involved 41 ancient books,211 articles,and the frequency of usingwas 153 times.There were a total of 136 acupoints compatible with Zhongzhu(SJ3),which were mainly attributed to the large intestine meridian,the triple-Jiao meridian, the small intestine meridian and the bladder meridian.Conclusion Zhongli(SJ3) single-point treatment has 7 dominant diseases,12 compatible diseases,and 14 compatible acupoints of Zhongzhuare respectively Yemen(SJ2),Hegu(LI4),Quchi(LI11),Yangxi(LI5),Wangu(SI4),Chize(LU5),Yanggu(SI5),Baihui(DU20),Shousanli(LI10),Zhigou(SJ6),Kunlun(BL60),Qiangu(SI2),Guanchong(SJ1) and Waiguan(SJ5).The commonly-used depth of acupuncture is 2 Fen,and the commonly-used amount of moxibustion is 3 Zhuang.
