摘　　要：肿瘤是由各种致瘤因子在体内组织增生形成的新生疾病,这种增生多呈占位性块状突起,其恶化后,多会破溃转移。因其复杂的病因,变化多端的症状,极强的抗药性,致使病情迁延、缠绵难愈,临床发病率呈不断上升趋势,使得肿瘤疾病成为现代医学的一大难题。疮疡是指一切体表化脓性感染疾病,通常会形成肿痛,甚则引起全身性的脓毒血症和败血症。疮疡在病因病机、临床表现等方面与肿瘤存在许多共性之处,经过现代临床研究发现,治疗恶性肿瘤时采用中医治疗疮疡的治法和理论时,疗效显著。文章基于异病同治理论,对采用中医外科法治疗肿瘤的可行性进行具体论述,以期为肿瘤疾病的研究和治疗提供新的思路,为中医的古为新用,与现代疾病结合提供新的结合方式。The tumor is by each kind of tumorigenesis factor to form in the tissue hyperplasia in the body the new disease,this kind of hyperplasia shows the space occupying mass protrusion more,after its aggravation,can break ulcerate metastasis more.Due to its complex etiology,changeable symptoms and extremely strong drug resistance,the disease is protracted and lingering,and the clinical incidence is on the rise,making tumor disease a major problem in modern medicine.Sores refer to all superficial suppurative infectious diseases,which usually form swelling and pain,and even cause systemic sepsis and septicemia.Sores in the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and other aspects of tumor there are many common places,through modern clinical research found that the use of Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumor sores selection therapy and theory,the therapeutic effect is significant.In this paper,based on the theory of treating different diseases together,the feasibility of treating tumor with surgery method of traditional Chinese medicine was discussed in detail,in order to provide new ideas for the research and treatment of tumor diseases,to provide a new way of combining ancient Chinese medicine with modern diseases.
