摘  要:耐张线夹和高压输电线在工程压接过程中,由于人工操作和覆冰、钢绞线振荡电流较高等因素,导致耐张线夹压接部分发生毛刺、钢芯鼓肚、钢锚凹槽处铝管欠压等缺陷,再加上电力工作人员高空作业,不仅费时费力而且事倍功半。基于此,设计了搭载于无人机的小型X射线成像检测系统。用此X射线成像检测系统与其他X射线仪分别对耐张线夹进行X射线穿透成像实验对比,对比测试结果相似度为93.4%,与预期的测试结果高度符合,准确性较好,且结构简单,便于无人机携带。In the process of engineering,due to the influence of manual operation,icing,high stranded wire oscillating current,some defects are likely to occur in the pressing parts of tension clamp and high voltage transmission line,such as burr,bulging of steel core and underpressure of aluminum tube in the groove of steel anchor.What’ s worse,the power workers have to carry out the work at high altitude,which is often time-consuming,laborious and gets half the result with twice the effort.Therefore,a small X-ray imaging detection system mounted on UAVs is designed.Finally,this device and other X-ray instruments are used to carry out X-ray penetration imaging experiment on tension clamps respectively.The similarity of the comparative test results is 93.4%,which is highly consistent with the expected test results and has good accuracy.Besides,the structure of this device is simple and easy to be carried by UAVs.
