摘　　要："健康中国"背景下,全民健康理念经历着从"以疾病为中心"到"以健康为中心"的转变,深刻改变着我国卫生健康工作的各个方面,也必将对医学高等教育产生持久而深远的影响。我国的医学高等职业教育应通过护理学专业、康养专业群以及公共卫生管理类专业的优化调整聚焦"全民健康",优化调整专业设置;通过培育学生坚定的职业认同感、精益求精的岗位胜任力和终身学习的可持续发展能力等"核心素养",逐步提高人才培养质量,为构建符合国家发展要求的医学高等职业教育提供路径参考。The concept of national health as a whole has undergone a change from "disease-centered"to"health-centered"in the background of "healthy China",which has profoundly changed all aspects of health work in China and will have a lasting and far-reaching impact on medical higher education. In China’s medical higher vocational education,we should focus on"national health as a whole"and optimize the specialty setting through the optimization and adjustment of nursing specialty, health care specialty group and public health management specialty,and gradually improve the quality of personnel training and provide a path reference for the construction of medical higher vocational education in line with the national development requirements by cultivating students’ core quality such as firm professional identity,continuous improvement of post competency and lifelong learning sustainable development ability.
