摘 要:旧书生意是图书出版产业的一种再造与延伸,不同于新书的出版、售卖与流通,旧书从销售者、购买者到交易网络自成体系、不绝如缕,是近代中国书籍出版市场的重要组成部分,也是国人填补知识、消闲阅读、收藏品鉴的重要媒介。立足于知识社会史视角可以发现,旧书的生意不仅催生与形成了旧书市场,推动了旧书的交易与流动,而且通过再流通与再阅读,塑造了近代中国的知识传播与书籍社会史。The business of used books is a kind of reengineering and extension of the book publishing industry.Different from the publication,sale and circulation of new books,used books have formed their own self-sufficient system which includes sellers,buyers and trading networks.Used books constituted an important part of the contemporary Chinese book publishing market,but also became the important media to update knowledge,read leisurely,as well as to collect and appreciate.Based on the perspective of the social history of knowledge,this article finds that the business of used books not only gave birth to and formed the market,promoted the transaction and circulation of used books,but also shaped the knowledge dissemination and social history of books in contemporary China through re-circulation and re-reading.
