摘  要:本实验以10年生树上干杏植株为试验材料,分别于树上干杏花芽膨大期到坐果期内采集花芽、花朵、幼果作为试样,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法测定腐胺(PUT)和精胺(SPM)的含量。结果表明:PUT含量总体呈"上升-平稳-下降"的趋势变化,SPM总体呈"持续上升-下降"的变化趋势。露萼期的PUT和SPM对花芽的发育起促进作用,初花期适中浓度的PUT和高浓度的SPM利于开花以及授粉受精,以及花期高浓度的SPM有利于后期果实发育。坐果期低浓度的PUT和SPM利于幼果生长。PUT/SPM比值说明在花芽膨大期,高含量的SPM和相对低含量的PUT利于花芽的萌发与膨大。较低的PUT/SPM比值有利于树上干杏授粉受精的进行。PUT和SPM相关性分析中的正相关表明树上干杏中的PUT和SPM在花期果期都有相互增效的作用,PUT和SPM的相互作用对于树上干杏花期的生长发育有调控作用。本研究结合花果期的观察,对树上干杏两种内源多胺含量的变化规律进行研究,总结出内源多胺含量在花果期的变化规律,为后期实际生产中如何进行树上干杏的花期调控,从而避开春寒提供理论依据和支持。Shushanggan apricot on 10-year-old trees were used as test materials.Flower buds,flowers and young fruits were collected from the buds of Shushanggan apricot from the flower bud expanding period to the fruit-set period.The contents of endogenous polyamines(putrescine(PUT)and spermine(SPM))were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that PUT content showed a general trend of"rising-stable-falling",while SPM showed a general trend of"continuous rising-falling".The PUT and SPM in the display-calyx period promoted the development of flower buds,while the PUT and SPM in the initially flowering period with moderate concentration were beneficial to flowering,pollination and fertilization,while the SPM in the second flowering stage was beneficial to fruit development.Low concentration of PUT and SPM at fruit-set period was beneficial to the growth of young fruit.The ratio of PUT/SPM indicates that high content of SPM and relatively low content of PUT are conducive to the germination and expansion of flower buds during the flower bud expanding period.The lower PUT/SPM ratio is favorable for pollination and fertilization of Shushanggan apricot.Positive correlation in PUT and SPM correlation analysis results showed that PUT and SPM in Shushanggan apricot had synergistic effects on each other in flowering and fruiting stage,and the interaction between PUT and SPM had a regulatory effect on the growth and development of Shushanggan apricot in flowering stage.This study combined the observation of fruity period,studied the variation law of two kinds of endogenous polyamine content of Shushanggan apricot in the fruity period,summarized the variation law of endogenous polyamine content in the fruity period,and provided theoretical basis and support for how to regulate the flowering period of Shushanggan apricot in the later stage of actual production,so as to avoid spring cold.
