金水六君煎加减联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能的影响及其作用机制的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨金水六君煎加减联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能影响及其作用机制。方法:选取于我院肿瘤科就诊的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者68例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采用GP方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服金水六君煎加减煎剂。观察T细胞亚群及Treg细胞、CD8^(+)T细胞表面NKG2D和NKG2A。结果:观察组CD4^(+)细胞、CD8^(+)细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)和治疗前以及对照组相比均有升高,同时Treg细胞和治疗前以及对照组相比均有下降。观察组的NKG2D较治疗前有升高,NKG2A较治疗前有所下降,而对照组的NKG2D较治疗前有所升高,且NKG2A较治疗前有下降,但观察组的NKG2D较对照组有所升高,NKG2A较对照组有下降。结论:在化疗过程中联合应用金水六君煎可以增强免疫功能,使患者受益。Objective:To study the effect of Jinshui Liujun decoction combined with chemotherapy on immune function of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its mechanism.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in the oncology department of our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a research group.The control group was treated with GP chemotherapy,and the observation group was given Jinshui Liujun decoction plus or minus decoction on the basis of the control group.Observe T cell subsets and the detection of NKG2D and NKG2A on the surface of Treg cells and CD8^(+)T cells.Results:The CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the observation group increased compared with before treatment and the control group,and Treg cells decreased compared with before treatment and the control group.NKG2D in the observation group was higher than before treatment,NKG2A was lower than before treatment,and NKG2D in the control group was higher than before treatment,NKG2A was lower than before treatment,but NKG2D in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,NKG2A was higher,the control group has declined.Conclusion:Combined application of JinshuiLiujundecoction during chemotherapy can better enhance the patients'immune function and benefit patients.
