摘 要:目的评价弱视眼中心凹下脉络膜厚度(SFCT)变化。方法循证医学研究。以弱视、脉络膜中英文为检索词,在万方、中国知网、美国国立医学图书馆PubMed中检索文献。排除信息不完整或不相关文献以及综述性文献。采用STATA 15.0对文献进行meta分析。选择加权均数差(WMD)和95%可信区间(CI)作为效应量的估计值,并用亚组分析和敏感性分析检测异质性来源。结果根据检索策略初步检索出75篇文献,最终纳入15篇文献进行meta分析。共纳入弱视患者650例,年龄3~65岁。均采用频域光相干断层扫描的增强深度成像技术测量SFCT.Meta分析结果显示,弱视眼SFCT较对侧眼(WMD=18.89μm,95%CI 14.81~22.98μm,P<0.001)、正常眼(WMD=39.49μm,95%CI 33.88~45.09μm,P<0.001)增厚。屈光参差性、斜视性弱视眼之间SFCT比较,差异无统计学意义(WMD=-5.03μm,95%CI-19.50~9.44μm,P=0.495)。结论弱视患者弱视眼SFCT较对侧眼和正常眼厚。屈光参差性、斜视性弱视眼之间SFCT无差异。Objective To evaluate the changes in subfoveal choroidal thickness(SFCT)in amblyopic eyes.Methods A evidence-based medicine study.Chinese and English as search terms for amblyopia and choroid was used to search literature in Wanfang,CNKI,and PubMed of National Library of Medicine.Incomplete or irrelevant literature and review literature were excluded.The literature was meta-analyzed using STATA 15.0.The weighted mean difference(WMD)and 95%confidence interval(CI)were selected as the estimated value of effect size,and subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis were used to detect the source of heterogeneity.Results According to the search strategy,75 articles were initially retrieved,and 15 articles were finally included for meta-analysis.A total of 650 patients with amblyopia,aged 3 to 65 years old,were included.The enhanced depth imaging technology of spectral domain optical coherence tomography was used to measure SFCT.The results of meta analysis showed that SFCT of amblyopic eyes was more effective than the contralateral eye(WMD=18.89μm,95%CI 14.81-22.98μm,P<0.001)and normal eyes were thicken(WMD=39.49μm,95%CI 33.88-45.09μm,P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in SFCT between anisometropic and strabismic amblyopia eyes(WMD=-5.03μm,95%CI-19.50-9.44μm,P=0.495).Conclusions The SFCT of amblyopic eyes in amblyopic patients is thicker than that of the contralateral eye and normal eyes.There is no difference in SFCT between anisometropia and strabismus amblyopia.
