摘　　要：目的探讨桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌相关基因研究进展。方法通过检索国内外文献,对桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌相关文献加以综述。结果近年来,桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺癌(尤其是甲状腺乳头状癌)的发病率呈上升趋势,二者可能存在相同的分子病理学机制。结论桥本甲状腺炎与甲状腺乳头状癌关系密切,其共同的分子基因改变提示桥本甲状腺炎与甲状腺乳头状癌可能具有一定的相关性。Objective To summarize the research progress of related genes in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with papillary thyroid carcinoma.Method Literatures about Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with papillary thyroid carcinoma were reviewed by searching the literatures in domestic and foreign database.Results In recent years,the incidence of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with thyroid carcinoma(especially papillary thyroid carcinoma)was on the increase,the two might have the same molecular pathology mechanism.Conclusion There is a close association between Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and papillary thyroid carcinoma,the common molecular genetic changes suggest that Hashimoto’s thyroiditis may have a correlation with papillary thyroid carcinoma.
