摘　　要：目的了解江西省食品接触用纸制品和竹木制品中五氯酚污染状况。方法2018—2020年,在江西省11个地市随机采集12类177份食品用纸制品和竹木制品,采用气相色谱-串联质谱法测定样品中五氯酚含量。结果五氯酚的总检出率为10.17%(18/177),平均值为5.176 mg/kg。纸制品和竹木制品的检出率分别为2.42%(3/124)和28.30%(15/53)。砧板中五氯酚检出率和平均值均最高,分别为42.42%和27.58 mg/kg。铁木砧板和农贸市场采集的砧板受五氯酚污染和超标最严重。结论食品接触用纸制品中五氯酚污染风险较低,但竹木砧板污染水平较高,按照欧盟ResAP(2004)2决议判定,砧板超标率高达33.33%,竹木砧板中五氯酚污染亟待引起重视。Objective To investigate the contamination status of pentachlorophenol in the products made of paper,bamboo and woods for food contact in Jiangxi Province.Methods A total of 177 samples of 12 kinds of paper and bamboo-wood products were collected in 11 cities in Jiangxin Province during 2018 and 2020.The contents of pentachlorophenol were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results The total detection rate of pentachlorophenol was 10.17%(18/177)with the mean level of 5.176 mg/kg.The detection rates of paper and bamboo-wood products were 2.42%(3/124)and 28.30%(15/53),respectively.The highest detection rate(42.42%)and average value(27.58 mg/kg)of pentachlorophenol were found in the chopping block.The chopping block made from ironwood and those collected from the farmers'market were most seriously contaminated by pentachlorophenol and exceeded the hygienic standard.Conclusion The risk of pentachlorophenol pollution in paper products is low,but the pollution level of pentachlorophenol in chopping blocks is high.According to EU ResAP(2004)2,the exceeding standard rate of chopping blocks is as high as 33.33%.The pollution of pentachlorophenol in chopping blocks should be given more attention urgently.
