摘  要:针对隔震结构在超防烈度地震下隔震支座因位移过大而失效的问题,研发了一种柔性限位保护装置。首先进行该限位保护装置的碰撞设计,建立足尺限位保护装置有限元模型进行仿真分析,获得其力学模型。然后加工制作了足尺限位保护装置试件,并进行位移控制的压缩力学性能试验,以进一步研究其力学性能。最后以一栋4层基础隔震体系为仿真对象,对比分析抗震结构、基础隔震结构和设置该限位保护装置的基础隔震结构在地震作用下的动力响应。仿真与试验结果表明:该限位保护装置能达到设计的目的,初始刚度小,随着位移的增加,刚度逐渐增大;利用有限元分析得出的结果与试验结果的变化规律基本一致,说明可以采用有限元分析方法进行该限位保护装置力学性能分析;在超防烈度地震作用下,柔性限位保护装置能有效降低隔震支座的水平位移,并限制在规定的安全范围内,确保结构的安全。虽然限位隔震结构的动力响应比基础隔震结构的稍大,但比抗震结构动力响应小,限位隔震结构仍具有较好的隔震作用以及安全性,说明研发的柔性限位保护装置的有效性。In view of the failure of isolation bearing due to excessive displacement of isolation structure under super intensity earthquake,a flexible limit protection device is developed.First,the collision design of the limit protection device is carried out,and the finite element model of the full-scale limit protection device is established for simulation analysis to obtain its mechanical model.Then,the test piece of full-scale limit protection device is manufactured,and the compression mechanical property experiment of displacement control is carried out to further study its mechanical property.Finally,taking a four story base isolation system as the simulation object,the dynamic response of the aseismic structure,the base isolation structure and the base isolation structure with the limit protection device are compared and analyzed.The simulation and test results show that:the limit protection device can achieve the design purpose,the initial stiffness is small,with the increase of displacement,the stiffness gradually increases;the results obtained by the finite element analysis are basically consistent with the change rule of the test results,which shows that the mechanical performance of the limit protection device can be analyzed by the finite element analysis method;under the super intensity earthquake,the flexibility of the limit protection device can effectively reduce the horizontal displacement of the isolation bearing and limit it within the specified safety range to ensure the safety of the structure.Although the dynamic response of the limit isolation structure is slightly larger than that of the base isolation structure,it is smaller than that of the seismic structure.The limit isolation structure still has better isolation effect and safety,which shows the effectiveness of the developed flexible limit protection device.
