摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下钛夹治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果及对炎性因子的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2020年6月我院收治的125例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者,根据治疗方式将其分为钛夹组(63例)和药物组(62例)。钛夹组接受内镜下钛夹止血,药物组接受肾上腺素注射止血。比较两组患者的止血效果及炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,钛夹组的止血总有效率高于药物组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-6、CRP、PCT水平均显著下降,钛夹组的IL-6、CRP、PCT水平低于药物组(P<0.05)。结论内镜下钛夹治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者的止血效果优于药物注射治疗,能够有效降低患者的炎性因子水平。Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic titanium clip in the treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and the influence on inflammatory factors.Methods 125 patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2020 were selected and divided into titanium clip group(63 cases)and drug group(62 cases)according to the treatment methods.The titanium clip group received endoscopic titanium clip hemostasis,and the drug group received epinephrine injection hemostasis.The hemostatic effect and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of hemostasis in the titanium clip group was higher than that in the drug group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-6,CRP and PCT levels of the two groups significantly decreased,and the IL-6,CRP and PCT levels of the titanium clip group were lower than those of the drug group(P<0.05).Conclusions Endoscopic titanium clip in the treatment of patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has better hemostatic effect than drug injection,and can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
