宫颈电热圈环形切除术联合干扰素栓和保妇康栓治疗子宫颈高级别上皮内病变的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈电热圈环形切除术(LEEP)联合干扰素栓和保妇康栓治疗子宫颈高级别上皮内病变(HSIL)患者的效果。方法选择我院确诊为HSIL的患者110例,随机分为观察组与对照组各55例。对照组单纯应用LEEP治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用干扰素栓和保妇康栓治疗。对比两组患者术后6个月人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)转阴率、术后康复情况(阴道排液时间、创面愈合时间)及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后6个月,观察组的HPV转阴率为96.36%,高于对照组的83.64%(P<0.05)。观察组的阴道排液时间与创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为3.64%,低于对照组的18.18%(P<0.05)。结论LEEP联合干扰素栓和保妇康栓治疗HSIL效果满意,可促进患者康复,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)combined with interferon suppository and Baofukang suppository in the treatment of patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions(HSIL).Methods 110 cases of patients diagnosed as HSIL were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with LEEP,and the observation group was treated with interferon suppository and Baofukang suppository on the basis of the control group.The negative conversion rate of human papillomavirus(HPV)at 6 months after surgery,postoperative recovery(vaginal discharge time and wound healing time)and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results 6 months after surgery,the HPV negative conversion rate of the observation group was 96.36%,higher than 83.64%of the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal discharge time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.64%,lower than 18.18%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions LEEP combined with interferon suppository and Baofukang suppository in the treatment of HSIL has satisfactory effect,and can promote the recovery,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
