超声造影引导与常规超声引导下穿刺活检术对早期肝癌的诊断价值对比分析

摘　　要：目的分析超声造影引导与常规超声引导下穿刺活检术对早期肝癌的诊断价值。方法对98例疑似早期肝癌患者采用超声造影引导与常规超声引导下穿刺活检术诊断,比较两种方法诊断早期肝癌的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及符合率。结果病理学诊断结果显示,98例疑似早期肝癌患者中,阳性42例,阴性56例。以病理学诊断结果作为金标准,超声造影引导下穿刺活检术诊断早期肝癌的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率均显著高于常规超声引导下穿刺活检术(P<0.05)。结论与常规超声引导下穿刺活检术相比,超声造影引导下穿刺活检术诊断早期肝癌的临床价值和安全性更高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound-guided and conventional ultrasound-guided biopsy in early liver cancer.Methods 98 patients with suspected early liver cancer were given contrast-enhanced ultrasound-guided and conventional ultrasound-guided biopsy.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and coincidence rate of the two methods in the diagnosis of early liver cancer were compared.Results The pathological diagnosis results showed that,among 98 patients with suspected early liver cancer,42 cases were positive,and 56 cases were negative.Taking pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and coincidence rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasound-guided biopsy in the diagnosis of early liver cancer were significantly higher than those of conventional ultrasound-guided biopsy(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional ultrasound-guided biopsy,contrast-enhanced ultrasound-guided biopsy has higher clinical value and safety in the diagnosis of early liver cancer,which is worthy of promotion.
