氢氧化钙复合剂联合牙胶尖根管充填治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析氢氧化钙复合剂联合牙胶尖根管充填治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年3月我院收治的急性牙髓炎患者230例,随机分为对照组和观察组各115例。对照组采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂联合牙胶尖根管充填治疗,观察组采用氢氧化钙复合剂联合牙胶尖根管充填治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前及治疗后7 d的疼痛程度、治疗后6个月的复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为99.13%,高于对照组的92.17%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的NRS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后7 d,两组的NRS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组复发率为1.75%,低于对照组的10.38%(P<0.05)。结论氢氧化钙复合剂联合牙胶尖根管充填治疗急性牙髓炎疗效显著,可有效缓解患者牙周疼痛,通过改善根管密封性而减少患者术后复发,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide compound combined with gutta-percha root canal filling in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods 230 patients with acute pulpitis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 115 cases in each group.The control group was treated with zinc oxide clove oil paste combined with gutta-percha root canal filling,and the observation group was treated with calcium hydroxide compound combined with gutta-percha root canal filling.The treatment effect,the pain degree before treatment and 7 days after treatment and the recurrence at 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 99.13%,higher than 92.17%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the NRS score between the two groups(P>0.05);7 days after treatment,the NRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 1.75%,lower than 10.38%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Calcium hydroxide compound combined with gutta-percha root canal filling has significant effect in the treatment of acute pulpitis,and can effectivetly relieve periodontal pain and reduce postoperative recurrence by improving root canal sealing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
