摘 要:超精密齿轮精度要求高,使用接触式测量容易造成齿面损伤,影响精度,且只有少部分的接触式测量设备能达到微米级别,测量效率低,所以因为效率、精度的原因无法满足超精密齿轮的测量需求;故从诸多测量方法中选取了线结构光测量系统,对基于线结构光的超精密齿轮齿距偏差测量进行了分析研究。根据ISO 1328-1:2013《圆柱齿轮精度标准》中齿距偏差项目的定义,通过线结构光测量系统对模数为3.0 mm,齿数为30的2级精度渐开线圆柱直齿轮样板进行了齿距偏差测量,得到了左、右齿面的单个齿距偏差分别为1.71μm和1.73μm,以及左、右齿面的齿距累积总偏差分别为5.43μm和5.70μm,并分别与ISO 1328-1:2013和GB/T 10095.1-2008中单个齿距偏差和齿距累积总偏差的许用值进行对比,证明了该线结构光测量系统能够实现超精密齿轮的非接触式测量。Ultra-precision gears require high precision.The use of contact measurement is likely to cause tooth surface damage and affects accuracy;and only a small part of contact measurement equipment can reach the micron level,and the measurement efficiency is low,it cannot meet the measurement requirements of ultra-precision gears due to efficiency and accuracy.Therefore,the line structured light measurement system was selected from many measurement methods,and the measurement of the pitch deviation of ultra-precision gears based on the line structured light was analyzed and researched.According to the definition of the pitch deviation item in the cylindrical gear accuracy standard ISO 1328—1:2013,the pitch deviation of the second-level involute cylindrical spur gear model with a modulus of 3.0 mm and a number of teeth of 30 was measured by the line structured light measuring system,and the left and right teeth were obtained,the individual tooth pitch deviations of the face are 1.71μm and 1.73μm,and the cumulative total deviation of the left and right tooth faces are 5.43μm and 5.70μm,respectively,they are compared with ISO 1328—1:2013 and GB/T 10095.1—2008,the comparison of the allowable value of the tooth pitch deviation and the cumulative total deviation of the tooth pitch proves that the line structured light measurement system can achieve non-contact measurement of ultra-precision gears.
