摘  要:目的研究短期佩戴硅水凝胶角膜接触镜对角膜厚度及后表面高度的影响。方法选择健康志愿者20例(20眼)作为研究对象,随机一眼佩戴硅水凝胶角膜接触镜(Sure Sight)。采用Pentacam眼前节分析系统,分别测量戴镜前,戴镜后8 h、1 d,以及对侧眼上、下午2个时间点角膜厚度和角膜后表面高度。比较分析2组指标并对有关指标行相关分析。结果戴镜后8 h、1 d中央区角膜厚度分别增加(1.15±0.51)μm和(1.05±0.33)μm,周边部角膜厚度分别增加(2.10±0.78)μm和(1.44±0.75)μm,与戴镜前相比差异无统计学意义。角膜后表面戴镜后轻度前凸,中央区角膜后表面高度较戴镜前分别增加(0.25±0.15)μm和(0.27±0.14)μm,且与角膜水肿程度呈正相关。对侧眼1 d内不同时间点角膜厚度及后表面高度变化差异无统计学意义。结论短期佩戴硅水凝胶角膜接触镜不会导致角膜明显水肿,但可引起角膜后表面轻度前凸。Objective To investigate the effect of short-term wearing of silicone hydrogel contact lens on the thickness of the cornea and the posterior corneal surface height. Methods Twenty healthy volunteers(20 eyes) were selected as the study subjects, and one eye was randomly assigned to wear a silicone hydrogel contact lens(Sure Sight). Corneal thickness and height of posterior corneal surface were measured by a Scheimpflug camera(Pentacam, Oculus Germany) before and 8 hours, 1 day after wearing the glasses, and at two time points in the morning and afternoon of the contralateral eye. Changes of corneal thickness, height of posterior corneal surface, and correlation between relative parameters were analyzed. Results The corneal thickness in the central area increased by(1.15±0.51) μm and(1.05±0.33) μm at 8 hours and 1 day after wearing the glasses, and the peripheral corneal thickness increased by(2.10±0.78) μm and(1.44±0.75) μm, respectively. The difference before and after wearing contact lenses was not statistically significant. The posterior surface of the cornea was slightly lordotic after wearing the lens, and the height of the posterior surface of the cornea in the central area increased by(0.25±0.15) μm and(0.27±0.14) μm, respectively, compared with that before wearing the lens, which was positively correlated with the degree of corneal edema. There was no statistically significant difference in terms of the changes in corneal thickness and the height of posterior corneal surface in eyes without contact lenses. Conclusions Wearing a silicone hydrogel contact lens for a short time will not cause obvious corneal edema, but it can cause a slight forward protrusion of the posterior surface of the cornea.
