摘  要:我国校企合作现状仍面临诸多问题,其中机制创新不足诟病诸多,"新工科"建设为校企协同育人模式提出新的挑战。对地方高校校企协同育人的困境进行分析,找出了造成困境的主要问题,提出了相应的改革对策,并以常州工学院为例,制定了集驱动力机制、运行机制、人才培养机制、激励机制、评价机制为一体的协同育人机制和行动方案,为同类高校的校企合作提供借鉴。The current situation of school enterprise cooperation in China is still facing many problems,among which there are many criticisms for the lack of mechanism innovation.“New engineering”construction poses new challenges for the school enterprise collaborative education mode.This paper analyzes the dilemma of school enterprise collaborative education in local colleges and universities,finds out the main problems causing the dilemma,puts forward the corresponding reform countermeasures,and takes Changzhou Institute of technology as an example,formulates a collaborative education mechanism and action plan integrating driving force mechanism,operation mechanism,talent training mechanism,incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism,so as to provide reference for school enterprise cooperation in similar colleges and universities.
