摘　　要：【目的】探明北京油鸡、吉林黄鸡及其正反交组合的屠宰性能,为改善吉林黄鸡生产性能及选种选育提供参考依据。【方法】以吉林黄鸡亲本(HH)、北京油鸡亲本(YY)、北京油鸡♂×吉林黄鸡♀正交组(YH)和吉林黄鸡♂×北京油鸡♀反交组(HY)为研究对象,测定分析各处理组间120日龄和150日龄的屠宰指标,对杂交组合F1代屠宰性状进行评判。【结果】屠宰性能正反交组合绝对和相对产肉性能更接近其母本群体,其中,YH组的屠宰率达92.66%,显著高于亲本组和HY组,绝对和相对产肉杂种优势率高于HY组;HY全净膛率的杂交优势优于YH。正交YH的翅膀重杂种优势率最大,为5.5918%。【结论】在1周龄时HY的料肉比杂种优势率最好,为-7.3171%;在15周龄时YH的料肉比杂种优势率最好,为-5.5059%。【Objective】The slaughter performances of Beijing oil Chicken,Jilin Yellow Chicken and their reciprocal crosses are explored,which provide a reference for improving the production performance and selection and breeding of Jilin Yellow Chicken.【Method】Taking Jilin yellow chicken parent(HH),Beijing oil chicken parent(YY),Beijing oil chicken♂×Jilin yellow chicken♀orthogonal group(YH)and Jilin yellow chicken♂×Beijing oil chicken♀cross group(HY)as the research objects,the slaughter indexes at 120 and 150 days of age were measured and analyzed,and the hybrid slaughter traits were evaluated.【Result】The absolute and relative meat production performance of the positive and negative cross combinations of slaughter performance were closer to their female parent population.The slaughter rate of the orthogonal YH group reached 92.66%,which was significantly higher than that of the two parents and the orthogonal HY group.The absolute and relative heterosis of cross YH was basically higher than that of cross HY,and the cross advantage of cross HY was better than that of cross YH.The heterosis rate of wing weight of orthogonal YH reached the maximum,which was 5.5918%,respectively.【Conclusion】At the age of 1 week,HY had the best heterosis rate of-7.3171%.At the age of 15 weeks,YH had the best heterosis rate of-5.5059%.
