高校护理学生低背部疼痛现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查高校护理学生低背部疼痛现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选取浙江省高校护理专业的454名学生作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、低背部疼痛现状调查表、简体中文版抑郁-焦虑-压力量表、简易应对方式问卷、背部信念问卷进行调查,采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析相关因素对高校护理学生低背部疼痛的影响。结果35.5%的高校护理学生发生过低背部疼痛,其中95%的护理学生在近1年发生过,13%的护理学生在近7 d发生过。年龄、低背部疼痛家族史、平均每天持续坐位最长时长、自评健康状况、背部信念是高校护理学生发生低背部疼痛的独立影响因素。结论高校护理学生低背部疼痛发生率较高,应引起重视,可进行相关健康教育以降低发生率。Objective To investigate the present status on low back pain for nursing students in colleges and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose 454 nursing students in colleges of Zhejiang Province by convenience sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire,present status on low back pain questionnaire,Chinese version of Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale(DASS-21),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and Back Beliefs Questionnaire(BBQ).Analyze the influence of related factors by single factor analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis.Result Low back pain occurs in 35.5%nursing students in colleges,in which 95%occurs in the recent 1 year and 13%occurs in the recent 7 days.Age,family history,the average longest sitting duration in a day,self-rated health condition and back belief are independent influencing factors of low back pain for nursing students in colleges.Conclusion There is a high incidence of low back pain for nursing students in colleges,which need more attention and related health education to reduce its incidence.
