摘　　要：目的:分析颅骶疗法对偏头痛患者神经元放电及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2020年3月山东省临沂市兰陵县人民医院收治的偏头痛患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组患者实施头针治疗法,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用颅骶疗法,对症状指标、脑血管血流情况和睡眠质量评分进行分析。结果:治疗后与对照组比较,观察组的头痛发作频率、持续时间、VAS评分、椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)、前动脉(ACA)、中动脉(MCA)、睡眠质量得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对偏头痛患者采用颅骶疗法治疗效果明显,可改善脑血管血流情况,纠正神经元放电,提高患者睡眠质量,建议临床应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of craniosacral therapy on neuron discharge and sleep quality of migraine patients.Methods:A total of 84 patients with migraine in Lanling County People′s Hospital of Linyi City,Shandong Province from February 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group by using random number table method,42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with scalp acupuncture,while the patients in the observation group were treated with craniosacral therapy on the basis of the control group.Symptoms indexes,cerebrovascular blood flow and sleep quality scores were analyzed.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the pain frequency,pain duration,VAS score,VA,BA,ACA,MCA and sleep quality of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of craniosacral therapy on migraine patients is obvious.It can improve the blood flow of cerebral vessels,correct the discharge of neurons,and increase the sleep quality of patients.It is recommended for clinical application.
