摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理方案对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)患者睡眠质量的影响作用。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年1月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的SAS患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组行普通护理,观察组行综合护理。比较2组睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分。结果:观察组护理后SRSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预能改善SAS患者睡眠状况,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing plan on sleep quality in patients with sleep apnea syndrome(SAS).Methods:From March 2019 to January 2020,60 SAS patients in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the double-blind grouping standard.The routine group(n=30)received general nursing and the experimental group(n=30)received comprehensive nursing.The SRSS scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The SRSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the sleep status of SAS patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
