摘 要:目的考察粉碎度对丹参-檀香(10 g:5 g)治疗大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法以心肌缺血再灌注损伤的大鼠为动物模型,给予不同粉碎度的丹参-檀香(10 g:5 g),通过测定大鼠心肌梗死面积(%),检测大鼠血清中的乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(Creatine kinase isoenzymes,CK),大鼠心肌组织中的丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)的含量,优选丹参-檀香(10 g∶5 g)的粉碎度。结果4种不同粉碎程度的丹参-檀香(10 g∶5 g)原粉粉末,1组(能过1号筛未通过2号筛)、2组(能过2号筛未通过3号筛)、3组(能过3号筛未通过4号筛)、4组(能过4号筛未通过5号筛),以第3组抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的能力最强。结论粉碎程度为能过3号筛未通过4号筛的丹参-檀香(10 g∶5 g)粉末抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的能力最强。Objective To investigate the effect of comminution degree on Salvia miltiorrhiza sandalwood(10g:5g)in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods The rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury were used as the animal model,and Salvia miltiorrhiza sandalwood(10g:5g)with different comminution degrees were given.The myocardial infarction area%of rats was determined,and the creatine kinase isoenzymes(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in serum,superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH PX)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in myocardial tissue were detected to optimize the comminution degree.Results Four kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza sandalwood(10g:5g)powder with different grinding degree,group 1(passing No.1 sieve but not passing No.2 sieve),group 2(passing No.2 sieve but not passing No.3 sieve),group 3(passing No.3 sieve but not passing No.4 sieve),group 4(passing No.4 sieve but not passing No.5 sieve),and group 3 had the strongest anti myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury ability.Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza sandalwood powder(10g:5g)which can pass through No.3 sieve but not pass No.4 sieve has the strongest anti myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury ability in rats.
