双高视角下医药高职院校专创融合的探讨

摘　　要：创新创业教育一直是医药高职院校的办学短板,且与专业教育分离,未贯穿整个人才培养过程。医药高职院校在课程、教材、教法、教师、实践基地、社会服务等方面未形成“专创融合”的培养体系。借鉴国内外经验,基于双高建设的视角,本文提出“专创融合”的实施路径:构建专创一体化人才培养体系;突出课程教学资源“创”意;推动教材与教法的改革;加强教学创新团队建设;加强实践基地建设;融入社会服务。医药高职院校需在以上几个方面建立长效保障机制,以推进专创融合,培养具有创新创业能力的高技术技能人才。Innovation and entrepreneurship education was the shortcoming of medical vocational colleges.It was separated from professional education and did not run through the entire talent training process.Medical vocational colleges did not form a“specialty and innovation integration”training system in terms of courses,textbooks,teaching methods,teachers,practice bases,and social services.Drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experience,based on the perspective of double-high construction,the article proposed the implementation path of“specialty and innovation integration”:constructing a specialized and innovative talent training system;highlighting the“creative”meaning of curriculum teaching resources;promoting the reform of teaching materials and teaching methods,strengthening teaching innovation team building;strengthening the construction of practice base,integrating into social services.Medical vocational colleges need to establish a long-term guarantee mechanism in the above aspects to promote the integration of specialization and innovation and cultivate high-tech talents with innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities.
