摘 要:目的探讨抗阻和有氧运动混合式坐位运动改善高跌倒风险肌少症病人肌肉功能及跌倒效能的效果。方法2017年8月至2020年1月,对45例老年肌少症病人运用抗阻和有氧运动混合式坐位运动干预4个月,比较干预前后的简易机体功能评估(SPPB)、握力和肌肉量、跌倒功效和跌倒风险。结果病人的握力和左臂肌肉量与干预前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病人的SPPB评分、右臂肌肉量、双腿肌肉量、跌倒功效以及跌倒风险均较干预前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坐位运动干预处方可帮助高跌倒风险的老年肌少症病人降低跌倒风险,改善病人的部分肌肉功能。Objective To investigate the effects on muscle function and fall efficacy in the elderly sarcopenia patients with the high risk of falling by sitting exercise therapy.Methods From August 2017 to January 2020,45 elderly patients with sarcopenia were intervened with resistance and aerobic exercise for 4 months.The score of Short Physical Performance Battery(SPPB),grip strength,muscle mass,fall efficacy and fall risk were evaluated and compared before and after the intervention.Results Compared with before intervention,there were no significant difference in grip strength and left arm muscle mass(P>0.05);The scores of SPPB,right arm muscle mass,both leg muscle mass,fall efficacy and fall risk were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions Sitting exercise intervention prescription can significantly reduce the risk of falls and improve some muscle function of the elderly sarcopenia patients with high fall risk.
