摘　　要：鲍店煤矿液压支架撤除以往是采用液压单体配合绞车牵引转向后多人手工作业方法,该撤除方法速度慢、安全隐患多、劳动强度大。针对液压支架撤除问题,设计了一种新型液压支架快速撤除机械手并配套相应的撤除工艺。该方案在鲍店煤矿6311^(-2)工作面液压支架撤除中进行了实践应用,能实现液压支架一次性抽出,液压支架撤除效率理想。In the past,the removal of hydraulic support in Baodian Coal Mine was a manual operation method with hydraulic unit and winch traction steering,which was slow,with many hidden dangers and high labor intensity.Aiming at the problem of hydraulic support removal,a new type of manipulator for rapid removal of hydraulic support is designed,and the corresponding removal process is matched.The scheme is applied in the removal of hydraulic support in the 6311^(-2) working face of Baodian Coal Mine,which can realize one-time extraction of hydraulic support,and the removal efficiency of hydraulic support is ideal.
